Director of Programs
Gabriel is a visionary leader at Age Solutions, bringing over a decade of expertise in public health strategy and program management. His contributions have been pivotal in driving the company’s success in delivering high-quality, sustainable services, particularly in the areas of HIV/AIDS, Epidemiology, Research, and Health Systems Strengthening.
With a strong track record of managing programs across Nigeria’s regions, Gabriel has collaborated with key donors such as the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, Globalfund, USAID, UNICEF, and GIVEWELL. He has enhanced Age Solutions’ impact through partnerships with renowned organizations, including Heartland Alliance Nigeria International, AHNi, IHVN, University of Manitoba, APIN, Jhpeigo, and Management Sciences for Health.
His leadership has been instrumental in the successful execution of major projects like IMHIPP, Globalfund NEHI Grant, KPSE, SMC cop-2, and the DaYTA project. Gabriel’s strategic thinking, policy development expertise, and commitment to data accuracy ensure impactful project outcomes and continuous innovation.
Holding a bachelor’s degree in Criminology and Security Studies and a postgraduate diploma in Public Health, Mr. Gabriel is currently advancing his knowledge with a Master’s degree in Public Health for Development. His dedication to professional growth enhances his contributions to Age Solutions. Beyond his professional life, he advocates for good governance and enjoys football, politics, music, and dance.

Aduwa Okonedo
Director of Finance and Operations
Aduwa is a skilled finance professional with over 4 years of diverse experience in financial management across industries such as financial services, healthcare, and consulting. With a solid academic background in Economics (B.Sc.) and currently working toward his A.C.A. designation from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria, Aduwa brings a wealth of expertise to AGE Solutions.
At Age Solutions, Aduwa has been instrumental in managing the company’s financial systems, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency. His experience in handling grants, developing comprehensive budgets, analyzing financial data, and overseeing procurement and payroll processes has significantly strengthened the company’s financial foundation.
With his ability to collaborate with diverse teams and his exceptional communication skills he leads the contributes to the company’s project management initiatives, ensuring seamless execution and timely completion of financial tasks. His proficiency in advanced financial software like Microsoft Dynamics Nav, QuickBooks, Microsoft Office Suite, UltiPro, ERP systems, Costpoint-Deltek, Primus Plus, and Omni allows him to optimize and streamline financial processes, delivering accuracy and results.

OJELADE ELIJAH JOSEPH
M.E.A.L Manager
Elijah leverages his 7+ years of experience to design and manage impactful M&E programs within the Nigerian health system. He excels in projects tackling critical areas like HIV/AIDS, reproductive health, and education, often collaborating with NGOs on USAID-funded initiatives.
Elijah’s technical expertise shines in his ability to design M&E systems for diverse health domains (RH/FP, HIV/AIDS, SGBV, MNCH+N). He ensures data quality through meticulous tracking, validation, and gap analysis. Furthermore, his proficiency in NHMIS, DHIS2, LAMIS, SPSS, and ODK empowers him to effectively collect, analyze, and report on health data.
Beyond technical skills, Elijah is a strong communicator and team player. His expertise extends to stakeholder engagement, project planning, and report writing. The combination of his technical proficiency and interpersonal skills makes him a valuable asset for any public health M&E project requiring a well-rounded professional.

ANYOR UNYANG FELICITY
Engagement Manager, Public Health
Anyor Unyang Felicity is a distinguished public health expert with over 7 years of experience in clinical and public health, management consulting, and health systems strengthening. With both a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Public Health, Felicity has made significant contributions to HIV management, reproductive and maternal health, and child health, particularly in underserved and underdeveloped regions.
Felicity plays a pivotal role in advancing Age Solutions’ mission of creating sustainable healthcare solutions. Leveraging her extensive experience with high-impact, donor-funded projects—including collaborations with Global Fund, USAID, CDC, the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, and The World Bank—she provides expert guidance on public health interventions, program management, and strategic partnerships.
Felicity excels in leading project planning, implementation, and monitoring for key health initiatives. Her expertise ensures that donor regulations and governmental policies are fully adhered to, while also fostering capacity-building and financial efficiency across Nigeria.
Her versatility and commitment to improving health outcomes for vulnerable populations drives her leadership in pediatric HIV care, the development of sustainable health financing strategies, and mentorship of healthcare providers which exemplifies her dedication to public health innovation.

Dr. EFEBALE OCHUKO JAPHETH
Manager, Public Health

IT Manager
Ekomobong Akwaowo is a results-driven professional, bringing a wealth of expertise in software development, data systems management, and project leadership to Age Solutions. With deep proficiency in Agile methodologies, ERPNext customization, and IT infrastructure management, Ekomobong has played a pivotal role in transforming Age Solutions into a technology-powered organization.

Joseph Chukwukaorah
Manager, Social & Behavioural Change Communications (SBCC)
Joseph Chukwukaorah is a seasoned Social and Behavioral Change Communications (SBCC) expert with over six years of experience. As Manager of SBCC at AGE Solutions International, he leads all SBCC initiatives, driving impactful programs across the commercial sector.
Joseph designs tailored SBCC programs for adolescents and youth (puberty education, contraception, consent), women and girls (maternal health, menstrual hygiene, family planning, gender-based violence prevention), and marginalized rural communities (displaced persons, low-literacy, remote groups). He engages local stakeholders—teachers, religious leaders, caregivers, health workers—and collaborates with NGOs, and private sector partners, including health product manufacturers and media agencies. Additionally, Joseph has collaborated with government institutions, including primary health care boards and ministries of health and education, to roll out large-scale campaigns and public awareness initiatives. His work with global stakeholders like Gavi, US CDC, and the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation delivers measurable impact.
Operating in countries such as Uganda, Madagascar, Sudan, Nepal, USA, Myanmar, Cambodia, Sierra Leone, Ethiopia, Cameroon, Kenya, and Nigeria, Joseph drives sustainable behavioral change. He holds a Masters Of Public Administration (MPA) in Public Policy from Miva University, a B.Agric. in Agricultural Economics, and certifications in Strategic Leadership and Management, Program Management for Development (PMD Pro), and IBM Program Management among others.
