- Youth Resilience and Mental Health Project – Borno State: Full-cycle implementation of the Youth Thrive initiative, combining psychosocial support, climate-adaptive training, and economic empowerment for over 1,000 youth affected by conflict and environmental shocks. Resulted in a 20% increase in youth accessing mental health services and a 15% improvement in climate resilience practices.
- Donor-Funded Livelihoods and Protection Programs: Managed multi-stakeholder partnerships and field logistics for youth-led livelihoods programs across Adamawa, Gombe, and Taraba States, reaching over 5,000 beneficiaries. Successfully facilitated partnerships with 10+ local government agencies and 12 NGO partners.
- Rapid Assessments and Emergency Response: Supported partners with quick-turnaround needs assessments and program rollouts during floods and conflict displacement episodes, integrating mobile data collection and remote monitoring.

Field Operations and Logistics: Expertise in managing field teams, training enumerators, handling procurement and distribution, and executing field activities in both urban and hard-to-reach rural settings.
Stakeholder Engagement and Coordination: Building strong, trust-based relationships across government agencies, traditional leaders, civil society, and community groups. We facilitate inclusive platforms for co-creation, feedback, and accountability.
Conflict-Aware and Crisis-Responsive Programming: Deep experience operating in conflict-affected regions, including northeast Nigeria. We ensure safety, do-no-harm principles, and context sensitivity guide every intervention.
Monitoring, Evaluation, and Adaptive Learning (MEL): We embed MEL systems into every stage of program delivery — collecting real-time data, enabling adaptive decision-making, and driving continuous improvement.
